Eminent Domain

Eminent domain belongs to the triune God (God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit).
There are two possibilities for soverieignty: God or man. In the beginning of the USA, God was sovereign, therefore each person's land was his own and he could easily pass it on to his descendants. Today, the state has claimed that land belongs to it, and it claims the domain to tax and sell land. Now, with the eminent domain ruling, the State has staked more claimed to land, in that it can claim any private property to give to businesses to make money.
This is a gross violation of a person's right to property.
